Taxes & Duties :

Your order may be subject to additional brokerage fees, customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any courier related brokerage fees, customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient. NephSystem has no control over and will not be responsible for any brokerage fees, customs or duty charges levied on the shipment. All items shipping to Canadian addresses are subject to 5% GST (Goods & Service Tax).

Delivery Methods :

NephSystem currently employs DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or EMS for domestic and international delivery.  The same shipping charges will be applied to the order regardless of the choice of carrier.  Additional charges may apply if the customer decides to upgrade shipping options. Please feel free to inquire about your shipping options.

Shipping Time :

In most cases, it usually takes three to four days for orders to arrive at their destination. There could be some exceptions due to non- controllable circumstances and events. We will do our best to notify our customers if we are aware that delivery is delayed for any reason.
