2. What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, etc), wire transfer or check, PayPal. Wire transfer and check payments must clear before the item is shipped out. For wire transfers, please contact the related sales representative or contact sales@nephsystem.com or inquiry@nephsystem.com to get our bank information and swift code.
3. The product is damaged or defective. What can I do?
If the item was damaged during shipping, NephSystem Technologies will repair the product or replace a defective product with an identical model or newer substitute at our discretion. If the product is still in the warranty period with passive waste, we will get it repaired or exchanged without additional charge.
4. What kind of programming languages do your products support?
We provide users with detailed SDK for each of our products. SDK contains all necessary programming guides so that users might have the capability to start up their software applications easily. Normally, SDK includes the following content - Demo Utility; API documentation; sample source codes, etc.
6. Does your N330 is capable of working with Android based smartphones/tablets?
Yes. we do have dedicated Android SDK available now, it supprts N330 to work with Android smartphones or tablets via Bluetooth connection. Please contact your sales representatives or support department for details.
7. Does your new N310 support manual scanning mode?
Yes, N310 does have two working modes available - continuous/auto scan mode or the push button scan mode.
The continuous working mode is suitable for the USB connection, users are able to continuously get the data in real time through the software running on the host PC; While the push button mode or manual mode is only suitable in the Bluetooth connection status, that means users need to press the scan button on N310 to fire a scan then get the tags' EPC codes from the Bluetooth...

8. I am trying to hook your N330 up with non-Windows platforms, is that do-able?
Yes, by using with the communication protocols (command sets), users will find it very easy to develop software application under non windows environment (i.e. Symbian, Linux, Unix, Android, etc) as long as these platforms do support USB or Bluetooth connection(s).
9. Does your NSAR-800 support both serial and Ethernet connections?
NSAR-800 does support both of them, users can use either RS232 (serial connection) or Ethernet interface to get the reader parameter configured or data transferred between the reader and NSAT tags.
10. Do you supply RFID tags when I purchase your products?
Yes, each RFID featured product willi be sent along with one or more sample tags. We can also source larger quantities for you if you do need tags for the further projects.
