The NEPH5 is an RFID beacon tag equipped with a 3-axis accelerometer sensor, capable of broadcasting iBeacon, Eddystone, and sensor data.
It features a compact and slim structural design, reliable hardware, and robust firmware, making it suitable for employee attendance, access control, identity identification, location tracking, and more. Each NEPH5 RFID beacon continuously transmits Bluetooth broadcasts with different IDs or MAC addresses. The NephSystem Bluetooth gateway scans the corresponding broadcast data to determine whether a person has entered the area.
The NEPH5 RFID Beacon is equipped with an optional acceleration sensor that can be configured through preset conditions. For example, when the device remains stationary for ten minutes, the NEPH5 automatically enters sleep mode. If the beacon remains inactive for a predefined period, it will automatically go to sleep to conserve power. Once movement is detected, the beacon will automatically resume broadcasting.
