With the system, you can improve your inventory visibility. Where is the inventory? How long does the inventory reside at each point during the process? How long does inventory last before it needs to be ragged out? You can know clearly the washing count records, washing date, time, and quantity.
We use UHF Gen 2 RFID technology which allows inventory items to be processed from a much farther distance than the RFID laundry tags that were previously used like 125KHz, 13.56MHz tag. Nephsystem UHF RFID system allows for longer read ranges, reading more tags at the same time and expanded user memory
The system also monitors linen storeroom inventory levels, and has extensive reporting capabilities with real-time information.
