Nephsystem technologies has developed RFID solution for a bus central station. The customer has more than 500 buses in their main station. Their bus operates 18 hours every day. They used to record time that bus goes out and in manually, the administration staff is very busy during the peak hours, meanwhile, the error is inevitable.
Nephsystem access control system allows the customer’s operation running all automatically. The
long range Active RFID reader NSAR-800 can be installed at the entrance and exit gate, the reading distance can be adjusted from 1meter to 150 meters. Long range Active RFID card NSAT-704 can be attached on dashboard of each bus. When bus with tag across the gate, the system can record time stamp of each bus comes in and out without stop, as well as the driver’s information when driver has another card with him.
By the end of day or end of month, the system can generate report of each bus and driver. The system saves manual paper administration and management work. The adoption of RFID access control system will enhance efficiency in bus management and put administration at ease as they can check the operating time of each bus and driver with a few clicks, and generate report conveniently.
