The functionalities of the system include senior authority tracking their associated employee, email generation at any given time sent to the employer, calculation of working hours, warning message sent to employer if working hour’s policy is violated. The employee only need to take their ID card with them such as putting tags in their pocket and bag, walk through the entrance without stop, system will record tag with time stamp. With real time clock capability of the system, attendance taken will be more accurate.
Nephsystem Attendance System uses active RFID tag which is battery-powered tags. The battery powered tags has longer detection range of between 3 and 100 meters. These systems are able to locate the tags with higher accuracy than passive RFID systems. Reader can read multiple active tags within the range of the reader without interference by human body.
